Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, with a balcony opening out to a pleasant backyard view, but the noise at night made it hard to sleep due to poor sound insulation. The gym was small and deteriorated, not living up to expectations.
The hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were comfortable for four people as promised, the noise from the busy street and restaurant sign shining into the room all night made it challenging to have a peaceful sleep. The service was accommodating and sympathetic, but lacked friendliness. The location was excellent for exploring the city near the Duomo and shopping streets, but quite far from main sites if walking. The dining options were varied, with gluten-free and lactose-free products available upon request. Overall, the hotel had some positive aspects but fell short in others.
The hotel is located in a bustling area near Porta Venezia metro station, making it convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The rooms were a bit small for three people and had a special smell we didn't like, but the friendly service made up for it. The dining experience was varied, with some tasty options but others not so much. Overall, a decent option for those looking for a budget-friendly stay in a great location.
The hotel is in a central location, close to the city center and within walking distance to various attractions. The rooms, albeit a bit noisy and on the smaller side, are clean and cozy. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were issues with refund information. The dining options are satisfactory for the price paid, and the location provides a nice view of the European neighborhood. However, the constant shine of a nearby restaurant sign into the room can be bothersome, and the smell of stale smoke lingers in the air.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The convenience of dropping our luggage and heading out to explore the city right away was great. The room was comfortable, although the minimal lighting was noticeable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and shopping areas. The dining experience had some variety but could be improved. The service was friendly and helpful, although doors tended to slam, which was a bit disruptive.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were tight and the elevator very small and slow, the comfort level was surprisingly good. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being very helpful while others struggled to handle issues like rain leaking into rooms. The location was a standout feature, being perfect just 3 tube stops from Doumo/Central and situated on a quiet street with good amenities nearby. The dining options were average, lacking some basic food items, but still offering decent variety. The facilities were sufficient for a short stay.
